About the Role

We are expanding our
West Coast
team with opportunities for an accomplished senior leader who can offer extensive expertise in
mine fixed plant maintenance and port maintenance
.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside key industry players, delivering significant improvements to current iron ore maintenance operations, creating systematic change in performance and productivity.

If you have a passion to make a difference and are also at a stage in life where you want to share your wealth of experience through mentorship and coaching, we want to hear from you.

Preferred candidates will offer:

  • 10+ years in mine fixed plant or port maintenance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining) while important are not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven success in
    maintenance optimisation and improvement
