Taco Bill Mexican Restaurants, a leading Mexican food franchise with locations across Victoria and New South Wales, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our head office team in South Melbourne. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand growth and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Taco Bill’s brand objectives and promote franchise-wide growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new promotional campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of franchise-wide promotions, events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with franchisees to provide tailored marketing support, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all locations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and media outlets, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports on ROI, customer engagement, and overall success of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure Taco Bill remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with the wider Taco Bill head office team on joint projects and contribute to the overall business strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
