**About the role**

Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute a variety of online and offline promotional events, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand values and engage our target clients.
- Develop and execute effective Marketing Campaigns for our core business, overseeing the entire process from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and execution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall content strategy and marketing goals. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Social Media Operations
- Assist in planning and crafting creative brand promotion content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat and Little Red Book.
- Devise targeted Marketing strategies for different social networks, maximising their impact.
- Plan and create original, engaging articles to boost fan activity through effective community management, enhancing the visibility of our official self-media accounts.

Digital Marketing
- Oversee the company’s digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
- Participate in SEO operations, generate engaging contents to improve our website's search engine ranking and showcase the company’s activities and impact.
- Stay abreast of internet and new media trends, combining IT and business industry hot topics to plan and implement innovative digital strategies and campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and industry collaborators.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and webinars to facilitate knowledge exchange and promote company’s initiatives.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, and or Digital Marketing & Communication.
- Minimum 4 years work experience in a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist role.
- Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing.
- Experience in software programs, like Adobe CC, CANVA, Affinity, as well as comfortable around CRM platforms, and Office as well as Google Suite and Website coding
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team working and project/time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
