**Marketing Specialist**

CH Racking Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian arm of a leading multinational (Shanghong Shelf) which has recently commenced Australian operations in state of the art facilities in Dandenong South with the aim of establishing itself in the market. Key staff are being sought to assist in setting up this exciting development.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the giving full support to the company marketing planning, and meeting the company strategy. The ideal person will have a strong sense of responsibility, practicing, taking seriously in working, and being good at communicating with others.

**Responsibilities**:.
- Create marketing plans;
- Manage and maintain the company website;
- Tendor and proposal creation;
- Co-ordinate service required for events including but not limited to printing, signage, catering, displays, decoration;
- Liaise with Vendors and stakeholders;
- Data segmentation for marketing campaign use;
- Supporting the sales team in the creation of dashboards end reports;
- Coordinate monthly quarterly, annual and ad hoc data analysis;
- Providing outstanding customer service to the company’s clients.

**Qualifications**:

- An energetic work ethic
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (e.g. floor plans)
- Proven ability to be part of a business development team
- Competence with MS Office
- Experience in the retail shop fitting and/or racking industry will the priority to be consider but not essential

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year

- Melbourne South VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 1 year (preferred)
