As we expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a strategic and creative **Brand Marketing Specialist**to shape and execute brand initiatives that build identity, deepen customer connection, and communicate our values across all platforms.

**Role Overview**

Paire is offering an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation for the full-time Brand Marketing Specialist role, based in South Melbourne, VIC 3205.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, and execute brand campaigns and marketing strategies to support commercial objectives, including growth in market share and consumer engagement.
- Advise senior leadership on advertising and promotional strategies to effectively reach target markets, strengthen brand identity, and promote the values of sustainability and innovation.
- Coordinate the production and execution of integrated marketing campaigns involving creative content creation, social media, influencer marketing, visual merchandising, and digital advertising, within defined budgets and timelines.
- Conduct and analyse market research and consumer trend data to predict current and future preferences and inform marketing and product positioning strategies.
- Interpret market characteristics and evaluate the demand for new or existing product lines, leveraging insights to guide product development and innovation initiatives.
- Support business development and brand growth through the implementation of long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s vision and sustainability principles.
- Commission and oversee creative production and storytelling initiatives, such as photo and video shoots, digital content, PR and brand events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
- Advise on product mix, pricing strategies, promotional methods, and distribution channels to optimise market penetration and consumer loyalty.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, design, and production teams to integrate marketing strategy with product innovation and represent the brand at external events and lead community-building efforts to strengthen brand presence in retail and digital environments.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant, full-time experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles within the fashion, consumer goods, or creative industries.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools for marketing analytics, CRM, trend forecasting, creative design and project management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Expertise in digital content creation, creative campaign development, and consumer-driven market research.
- Strong creative direction skills, including overseeing visual merchandising, campaign storytelling, and content production.
- Demonstrated experience with influencer marketing, PR coordination, and social media strategy development.
- Familiarity with consumer trends in the fashion industry, passion for sustainability and ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across product, design, and marketing teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for design and brand consistency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
