**The opportunity**:
As an integral part of the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing activities for Explorers Early Learning.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated digital marketer who is results driven and passionate about brand building.

Explorers Early Learning is a family-owned and operated company with Early Learning Centres across Melbourne. Our beautiful learning spaces are designed to stimulate children’s creativity, imagination, and sense of belonging.

Our new Head Office on Clarendon Street, Southbank is walking distance from the South Melbourne Market, public transport, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of shops. The office is spacious and well-furnished, with state-of-the-art training facilities and staff recreation spaces. Our Head Office team is diverse and supportive, and we have regular social functions, as well as some flexibility for working from home.

**As Digital Marketing Specialist you will**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads for Explorers.
- Deliver paid advertising campaigns across digital channels (social, search and display).
- Manage social media content planning, scheduling, monitoring and analysis across relevant social channels (includes writing captions for posts).
- Work with Graphic Designer/Videographer to develop unique and engaging content.
- Proactively maintain and manage website copy updates using WordPress CMS.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
- Report on digital marketing activities and make recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
- Monitor overall website performance (users, conversions etc.) via Google Analytics.
- Have an understanding of SEO best practices and ability to conduct keyword research and implement content recommendations for SEO success.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and brand voice is maintained across all digital touch points.
- Support ad-hoc general marketing activities as required (such as support with event coordination).

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong general knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Falcon / Brandwatch (or similar) social media management platform
- Experience with WordPress CMS and Google Analytics is desirable
