**Your Role as a Talent Associate**:
**Campaign Driver**: After your training academy ramp‑up, you will learn to design targeted talent campaigns, write engaging ads, craft outreach messages, screen applicants and keep the pipeline flowing

**Relationship Builder**: Leverage your customer‑contact background to consult hiring managers, share market insights and nurture lasting partnerships

**Problem Solver**: When requisition volumes spike, you will prioritise, realign and propose creative sourcing ideas that keep delivery on track - drawing on troubleshooting frameworks and the collective brainpower of an always‑available team

**What You Bring**:

- One to two years in a KPI‑driven, people‑focused role such as sales, inbound or outbound call centre, event operations, retail or hospitality leadership
- Natural, confident communicator
- A genuine interest in building a long term career in recruitment
- Resilient mindset - you treat setbacks as an opportunity to push yourself and do your best
- Comfortable with daily targets, learning systems fast in a quick moving startup environment
- Growth orientation - you give things a go, seek feedback, share ideas and jump at new projects
