Talent Acquisition Consultant - Melbourne

We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant to our growing P&C team.

**About the opportunity**:

- Manage end-to end recruitment for all positions across the firm
- Generate recruitment leads and build talent pools
- Utilise social media campaigns and advertising to attract key talent
- Source staff internationally and administer our short and long term transfer program
- Build partnerships with universities and relevant industry bodies to increase our employer branding in the marketplace
- Work with key business stakeholders to plan resourcing needs
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers on the recruitment process
- Develop Cadet, Intern & Graduate recruitment processes
- Utilise online recruitment system (including implementation of new system)
- Provide input to Employer Branding and implement deliverables with Marketing team
- Collaborate with the national recruitment team to deliver a consistent high quality offering

**About you**:
To be a successful Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mazars, we are looking for the following attributes:

- Approximately 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in an accounting firm
- Ability to influence, engage and partner with key business stakeholders
- Experience in using LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in using Seek Search
- Experience in using JobAdder ideal but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- An understanding of the professional services environment
- Energy and enthusiasm and a clear passion to find top talent
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or Marketing is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Willingness to learn
