**About the Role**:
We are looking for an expert in developing their own recruitment desk who is passionate about career growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the healthcare sector, capable of pursuing both warm and cold leads. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne and help the existing recruitment team build out this new division of HCPA. As a crucial member of our recruitment team, you will drive revenue through the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Exceeding Sales Targets: Surpass revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and closing lucrative recruitment deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic consulting.
- Market Intelligence and Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and position recruitment services effectively.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues across sales, recruitment, and other departments to leverage collective expertise and maximise business outcomes.

**What We Look For**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hungry for sales and obsessed with growth.
- A team player who wants to win as a team and does everything with heart.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, and doing the right thing.
- Healthcare industry or NDIS knowledge preferred.
