Are you an experienced Recruiter or HR Generalist who can work in a highly flexible way? Some weeks it might be 40 hours’ work on offer, some weeks 5 and maybe some 0 hours - but if you’re a parent returning to work on a part-time basis or perhaps want a side gig while you study for a Masters, it might be perfect We do our very best to ensure you get consistent hours within your capacity levels without imposing on your personal life wherever possible. We also do have regular work on a variety of client projects where we could offer consistent contract based work at times.

Role

You will be injecting capability into our client organisations, right when they need it, so the exact roles may vary. For example;
Locations - On-site or remote opportunities

Work variety - Shortlisting and admin for a Bank one week, Market Mapping & head hunting for a tricky or executive role, or running end to end recruitment services projects

Non-client facing options - Perhaps fitting 20 hours of market mapping, doings some resume screening, writing ads or doing some project work around your child’s nap times

Skills & qualifications

Our customers expect us to come in and deliver, whatever the task, so a successful TQS Consultant has a broad background, able to jump in and get the job done

Proven track record in operational HR or Talent Acquisition

Experienced in delivery across sectors and verticals

Maturity and diplomacy to make a positive impact

But if you’re able to pick up any task, without ego, being a Consultant here can give unrivalled flexibility and variety of work. Many of our current team want to flex around life commitments like sports, study or family. You may also be running your own Consulting business and just want some extra hours occasionally.
