We are a leading construction company specialising in residential and commercial carpentry projects across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. With a reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we are looking for a dynamic Sales/Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

**Job Summary**: As the Sales/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract closing, while ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff. You will work closely with the operations and recruitment team to grow our clientele to meet our business goals, manage client relationships, and optimise our operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure staffing needs are met
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales and/or operations management role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred
