**Executive Office Manager at Hyatt Centric Melbourne**

The Executive Office Manager will provide administrative support to the General Manager at Hyatt Centric Melbourne as well as to the Front Office manager and team. You will be responsible for managing both secretarial and administrative activities, whilst maintaining the strictest confidentiality in all matters.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Support the General Manager and Front Office team in managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the Executive Offic
- Responding to Guest feedback and enquiries
- Maintaining cordial relationships with all of the hotel’s relevant stakeholders, including other departments.
- Following up with the Department Heads within the hotel on tasks assigned to them
- Extensive diary management

**Qualifications**:
**Your Background**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar of administrative environment reporting to the Executive level.
- Relevant experience in a hotel (Front Office) environment is highly advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with strong service recovery skills
- Broad knowledge of administration processes
- Ability to liaise at Executive level, work under pressure and multi-task
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational / time management skills
