**Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working drone technical support assistant to help us assess and quote repair jobs from a range of DJI drones. The position is part of a growing DJI Drone retailer where they are looking to expand their services.

Daily Responsibilities
- Inspect electronic devices and determine if caused by accident or malfunction.
- Troubleshoot and analyse the validity of a claim for repair or replacement.
- Estimate monetary value of damages for repair.
- Must be able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- QC and test the electronic device after repairs.
- Quote customers and follow up on quotes.
- Able to help Engineer lead to audit other techs’ performance.
- Able to train new hire tech.
- Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse
- Builds and maintains a work environment that s positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
- Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

Team Building/Leadership
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and/or Experience**
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Drone experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.

Essential Skills:

- Needs good data entry skills.
- Needs good technical knowledge of all things drone.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Must be hands-on and have ambition and drive to succeed - “Makes things happen”.
- Must be goal-oriented and be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Repair, Maintenance & Installation Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- drone: 1 year (preferred)
