**Job Overview**:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic **Warehouse & Customer Support Assistant** to join our growing team. In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be involved in everything from pick/and packing inventory management to assisting with customer enquiries, and basic admin duties. No two days will be the same - one moment you might be packing orders, the next you could be updating systems or helping a customer with their order status.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders.
- Maintain clean, organised, and accurate stock and inventory systems.
- Assist with stocktakes, replenishment, and unpacking deliveries/containers.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using SAP Business One and internal systems.
- Support the repair team with basic RMA job creation.
- General warehouse upkeep and occasional retail floor support.
- Other ad hoc duties as directed by the Warehouse or Repairs team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Comfortable lifting stock and working on your feet.
- Willingness to learn systems like SAP Business One.
- Able to work well independently and within a small team.
- Previous warehouse or customer service/admin experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
