**About the company**
My client is a leading accountancy firm, 30 years in the market. They work with high-net-worth individuals and are looking for their next Admin Superstar.

**About the role**

The Team Assistant is required to manage the expectations of relevant internal and external stakeholders around the completion of tasks, whilst also developing individuals within their team to ensure that all Client Services standards are continuously met.

**You will be required to**:

- Responsible locally for workflow management and client tasks from Client services to Adviser Services
- Technical contact for escalated queries in regard to ATO, ASIC, etc
- Responsible for monthly reporting and tracking of critical lodgement dates
- Support Senior Management to monitor all tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure correct distribution of said tasks
- Act as an escalation point for Client Services team members, attend to any complex client enquiries

**About you**
- Certificate 4 in Business Administration, or other applicable qualification
- Do you like working in a fast paced environment?
- Do you want to excel your career?
- Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word and Excel)
