**Job Description**:
This is a key role within the Infrastructure department operating in the Technical Support team. To be successful key Customer Service is required, ensuring the delivery and support of all technology services throughout the business and is performed in accordance with Infrastructure and Information Security policies and procedures. This role is primarily located in the Adelaide office supporting the CoreLogic-Asia business, its Staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- This role is primarily located in the Adelaide office supporting the CoreLogic-Asia business, its Staff and vendors.
- Providing onsite and remote IT support to all Staff (break/fix) including Executives.
- New starter provisioning or exiting Staff deactivations in line with SOX requirements
- Effective IT stock management and procurement.
- Continual improvement of service delivery management through improving our systems, documented processes & workflow.
- Ensuring cost optimization of technologies and equipment purchased while ensuring our Department Budget is met.
- Assisting with the creation of operational performance reports showing progress against monthly service levels

Job Qualifications:

- 3 years industry experience in a Level 1 and/or 2 IT Helpdesk support environment.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent Customer Service and professional attitude.
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member
- Experience in using Apple IOS mobile devices, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 suite, Cisco Call Manager, Zoom, Slack, Active Directory and Exchange 2013 environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ChangeManagement concepts.
