As a global leader in their specialist Technology field, this organisation is experiencing significant growth in Australia. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Officer position.

Based in their Adelaide Head Office, the core areas of responsibility will be data entry and the following specific duties:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accurately validate call information and record in the customer management system
- Ensure all troubleshooting steps are accurately recorded in the customer management system
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to 2nd Level when required
- Work closely with other teams within the business environment to assist in the resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer platform integrity through
- Ensuring information is updated at time of calls
- Naming conventions are maintained
- Changes are recorded in our customer management system
- Escalate serious issues or complaints immediately to the Customer Experience Manager
- Ensure that all authorised installations are coupled with an accurately completed QA form
- Any other reasonable duties required of you by the Customer Experience Manager to ensure a satisfactory result for the customer

Skills Required
- Excellent phone manner
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform well within an environment whereby “Client Service Level Agreements” are paramount and fundamental to the role.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Products.
- Can work well within a small team environment, and at the same time be able to perform their duties autonomously.
