An initial contract till the end of December for a Government Department based in Adelaide.

**Your new company**
This SA Government Department supports Central and Local Health Networks to deliver ICT services.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the team lead, the Technical Support Specialist will predominantly be providing ICT support services at different sites across the state (although primarily in metropolitan Adelaide).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both in oral and written forms, that enable appropriate liaison with a broad range of people within and outside SA H, including service providers and contractors
- Demonstrated provision of excellent customer service and the ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited direction, effectively managing high volumes of work, determining priorities and organising work to meet constrained timelines and objectives
- Sound problem solving skills, including the ability to identify and analyse problems and recommend solutions
- Microsoft Operating Systems as well as Microsoft Office products, such as Windows 10 (in addition to the two previous releases).
- High level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Local, Wireless and Wide Area Networks and associated hardware.
- Concepts of Standardised Operating Environment (SOE) and\or Managed Desktop Environment (MDE).
- Knowledge in the configuration and management of computer peripherals
- Understanding of ITIL processes Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration
- Teleconferencing software (Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex preferred)
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
