Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of exciting projects which will challenge your thinking and broaden your industry knowledge, working alongside experienced and like-minded professionals. The company are looking for the successful
**Technical Officer** to have to have a minimum of 3 years of post-trade experience and great coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Heavy industry experience within mining or oil and gas sectors
- Experience in Commissioning of electrical instrumentation and control systems
- A solid ability to interpret technical documents / drawings
- proficient in problem solving and fault finding

**It would be highly desirable to have**:

- Experience with AutoCAD, Micro station, or Smart Plant
- Qualification and experience in Hazardous Area inspection and auditing
- Experience in programming different PLC and SCADA platforms
- Experience in client facing role or project management
