As a **Customer Care Team Leader,** you will be responsible for leading a small team of Consultants in supporting Blackwood’s client base across Victoria and Tasmania. You will utilise your skill set to deliver against KPIs while ensuring high level of communication, relationship management, and team coaching and mentoring.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be hybrid role based onsite at Blackwoods Derrimut with work from home opportunities available.

**Some of the tasks you will be performing**:

- Act as a role model by leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Customer Care Consultants to achieve optimum performance.
- Drive a culture of change through effective leadership of your people**.**:

- Support and work collaboratively with your Customer Care Manager, other Team Leaders, and key stakeholders across the business to drive outstanding performance in Victoria and Tasmania.****:

- Ensure customer care key performance indicators are achieved and customer service expectations are exceeded**.**:

- Create a supportive, fun and engaged team of Customer Care Consultants by being a visible leader who leads by example.

**Some of the skills you will bring**:

- Previous experience leading a complex customer service team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Lead by example promoting our ‘customer first’ value.
- Focus on process improvements to ensure all KPI’s are met consistently.
- Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
