An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Life & Investments team as a Customer Care Leader.
In this key role, you will Lead and manage the Customer Care team to maximise performance and business results. Your main responsibilities will consist of overseeing Zurich’s Customer Care Operations (primarily inbound calls but some outbound), in addition to customer maintenance activity. Consulting with a range of stakeholders, you will Support the delivery of objectives, targets, and operational plans of the Customer Services function through consistent, transparent, and aligned processes across the business.
If you are a Contact Centre leader keen to showcase your leadership skills and are passionate about mentoring a team, this will be the ideal role.
**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- People management experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment
- Proven success in a client service role, preferably gained in Financial Services
- Experience in Life Risk, Superannuation, Managed Investments desirable
- Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A solution focused mindset and ability to lead in an agile environment
