**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Resource Officer who can support our operations teams as we grow our client and project base nationally. You are exceptionally organised and will have overall responsibility for contract coordination of all logistics and mobilisation requirements of new and existing staff, for our Medical and Emergency Services division. These duties can include travel and accommodation bookings, medicals, rostering support for smaller projects This role will be based in North Lake (Murdoch) WA.

Your role is an integral part of delivering a class leading medical and emergency response on-site service across Australia for our clients. Delivering the highest standards of patient care and emergency response services across Australia, helping us to fulfil our purpose ‘to forever change safety in the world one experience at a time’.

Reporting to the Medical and Emergency Response Contract Manager, you will primarily be responsible for
- Deliver against all aspects of mobilisation and logistics including but not limited to Flights, Accom, medicals, issuing of PPE, inductions, medicals etc.
- Ensure that all staff have current medicals and D&A tests as required.
- Ensure that all staff relevant qualifications are kept 100% up to date.
- Work with recruitment officer and to ensure a smooth experience for new FSA staff mobilising to new or existing sites.
- Update the FSA operations manual as client contacts and procedures change.
- Complete administration, rostering, HR support, and project coordination tasks for our emergency response and medical contracts, and training courses
- Collecting, updating, and filing of staff qualifications and documents, in HR Folder.
- Forward booking training for off swing attendance and accreditation.
- Submit Mobilisation Changes for Rosters as directed.
- General Admin Duties
- Update client portals
- Act in accordance with FSA’s core values at all times
- Act in accordance with FSA’s RTO management systems and assist the training team as required with support
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with FSA’s Quality Management, Safety Management and Environmental Management Safety Systems
- Meet Key Performance Indicators as required in FSA’s strategic and operational protocols and as defined by the company
- Undertaking any other duties that from time to time may be requested by the Contracts and Operations Managers or other FSA Senior managers

This is a full-time role with a salary range of $70,000- $80,000 plus Superannuation. Remuneration will depend on your experience in recruitment and in the resources industry in a similar role.

Ideally you have worked in a similar role previously for 2+ years, and you have experience in coordination or support roles in the medical or engineering / resources industries.
