About the Role
Your job will be to provide Executive support to 2 x Directors of the company, assist multiple consultants and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy consultancy. As a rapidly growing company we are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to manage multiple moving parts. As an integral part of our business, your role will include:
Providing Executive Support to 2 x Directors. Including but not limited to:
Diary management.
- Email management.
- Managing communications.
- Advancing Ways of Working through AI.
- Arranging travel.
- Preparing briefing notes.
- Assisting Consultants to deliver Programs of Work alongside our Project Manager.
- General administrative duties including reception, answering and directing incoming calls.
- Managing our Offices in North Sydney, including organisation and maintenance.
- Organising Team Meetings, including documenting outcomes and decisions made.
- Proposal preparation and management.
- Contract preparation and management.
- Marketing and event support and delivery as required.
- Support the delivery of Client Services, including the printing, collation, postage and organisation of delivery of materials ahead of engagements.
- Research as required.
- Invoice preparation.
- Management of contact and client databases.
- Data entry.
- Other duties as required.

This role will be office-based from our North Sydney Offices. We operate primarily from Sydney and have clients in most Capital Cities in Australia.

Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate is someone with a 'can-do' attitude and aligned with our Company Values Creativity, Care and Courage. High-quality communication and outputs in our Business are vital, so we require someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant.
- Interest and passion for learning and leader development.
- Experience working with Senior Executives.
- Strong Customer and Client focus.
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience.
- An interest in AI and how it can transform the workplace.
- Experience in social and digital media.
- Experience working with Xero (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with Ontraport (preferred but not required).
- Excellent diary and email management skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing interests.
- The ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Research and data management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong desire to learn.
