Reporting to the Manager, Coach Operations & Contracts, you will collaborate with Contract Managers, broader Operations teams, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Suppliers to ensure effective contract management, compliance, and service delivery. Your work will support improved financial performance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and risk management.

- Maintaining effective governance processes, including document control and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including conducting on-site supplier and station visits, to support contract requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as quality review enhancements, uniform and facilities planning, contractor performance tracking, and process optimisation across cleaning and transport contracts and others as required.
**About you**
You’re someone who works well in a fast-moving environment and takes initiative to get things done. You’re comfortable working independently, can adapt when things shift, and know how to stay focused on the outcome.
You’re organised and able to juggle competing priorities. You’re comfortable working with data, have good attention to detail, and understand the importance of clear processes, compliance, and reporting.
Whether your background is in administration, operations, or contract support, you’re looking for a role where you can contribute, learn, and be part of a team making real improvements.
