**About the Company**:
Operating as a global Multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is now seeking a QC Lab Assistant to join their organisation to support the team in a variety of laboratory based tasks.
**About You**:
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Support team members within the QC Lab area.
- Responsible of general maintenance of the lab.
- Receipt of chemicals within the lab.
- Weekly calibration of showers & water baths.
- Disposing non toxic water samples & empty lab waste containers.
- Assist analysts with QC testing.
- Update documents in MS Word in accordance with cGMP standards.
**About the Opportunity**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Science/Pharmaceuticals.
- Some experience as a Lab Assistant within pathology, hospitals etc.
- Experience in sample collection & receipts using LIMS.
- Sound MS Office Skills including Word, Excel.
- Sound customer service & communication skills.
- Able to work independently & quick learner.
- Able to follow procedures.
