**About the Company**:
Operating as a major global Multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is well known for its growth and innovation and is an Australian iconic brand in the marketplace, offering a range of healthcare products to local & global markets.

Due to increase in requirements within the quality team, our client is now seeking a QC Analyst with Microbiology experience to work with manufacturing in relation to handling data with electronic systems such as LIMS, SAP etc.

**About the Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include the following:

- Assist the Microbiology team & work with data & electronic systems such as LIMS, EQMS, SAP.
- Coordinate with lab & manufacturing to support practices and resolve/escalate daily issues.
- Ensure paperwork is correct to facilitate release of products.
- Assist with preparation, review & update of laboratory documentation. to GLP and GMP standards.
- Perform Bacteriological activities including plate reading, microbial identifications as required following SOP's.
- Support general laboratory activities.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Science.
- Demonstrated laboratory experience within a GLP & GMP environment.
- Sound experience in LIMS, EQMS, SAP & Microsoft Office.
- Sound experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively liaise with all key stakeholders.

**This is a contract role requiring ASAP start & may require after hours & weekend work**
