We have the opportunity for an experienced FMCG Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference.

With a strong focus on strategically developing RPF's portfolio of global and local brands to increase brand awareness, attract and retain customers whilst ultimately driving sales. This role requires advanced leadership skills in brand portfolio management and positioning, and commercial knowledge around

brand development, retail promotion strategy, sponsorship strategy and execution, creative studio services and creative agency management, digital management and rewards and ratings. This role is critical to supporting the development and delivery of a fully integrated brand portfolio strategy for the business globally.

**The role**:

- Manage the portfolio of RPF's brands, including brand positioning, product portfolio management, and marketing communications.
- Develop and execute brand strategies in collaboration with the Business Unit Marketing Managers that drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with other RPF departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Managing budgets and resources allocated to marketing
initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, striving to
continuously find new and innovative ways to drive growth.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and implement marketing strategies to continuously improve the company's online presence.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development to ensure team members are engaged, motivated and aligned with RPFC's vision and objectives.
- Drive a culture of excellence, with a focus on collaboration and
accountability.
- Establish and track key operational metrics and KPIs to measure performance of team.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders with ability to effectively influence and support stakeholder decision making.
- Be a change leader for business transformation and new ways of
working, inspiring and motivating the team to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.

**About you**:

- You are a forward-thinking leader and take pride in the enablement and development of your team’s success and development.
- You have the proven ability to build and execute a growth strategy that drives loyalty, sales and value.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing as a key communication channel for campaign
- You know brand planning & strategic brand development, insights & consumer research like the back of your hand.
- You’ve worked on both below and above the line media campaigns with proven ROI.
- NPD Project Management - we have a busy pipeline with great ambitious to bring these to life.
- Can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have a successful track record for both internal and external customer sell in of strategic brand plans & NPD pipelines.
- Agency management for creative & media plan development.
- Experience in ATL Creative content development (digital & social execution)
- FMCG or broader Consumer Experience is essential / pet industry (food) preferred.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of Marketing.
