At **Chubby Chia**, we’re on a mission to make feel-good foods fun, delicious, and accessible. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on **Social Media / Marketing Intern** to join our small team and help us connect with the world in a bold, authentic way.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with the founder, you’ll help craft and share the Chubby Chia story:

- **Community Engagement** - Chat with our audience, reply to DMs, and keep the good vibes flowing.
- **Campaign Support** - Help with influencer outreach, giveaways, collabs, and product launches.
- **Marketing Strategy** - Help define what our brand _looks like_ and how it _feels_ to interact with. Develop scrappy but smart strategies on a shoestring budget - we’re small, so we take bold swings and track what sticks.
- **Brand Building** - Refine our tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
- **Marketing Ops** - Help with newsletters, website updates, and basic design tasks (Canva is your best friend).
- **Analytics & Insights** - Keep tabs on what's working, what’s not, and pitch fresh ideas.

Who You Are

We’re not after polished - we’re after people with spark, initiative, and a love for creating.
- You’re a uni student or recent grad (Marketing, Comms, Media or similar is a bonus).
- You’re all over IG/TikTok trends and know what great content looks like.
- You’ve got a creative eye and love telling stories visually.
- You’re proactive, organised, and not afraid to try new things (or fail and try again).
- You’re Sydney-based and can spend some time at our North Shore HQ (plus help out with the occasional shoot or market day).
- You’re keen to learn how brand, content, and community really grow a business.
