**Requirements**:
*You will be responsible for:
*
- Issue invoices & credits
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Assist with clients queries
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
- Month-end reconciliations on revenue accounts
- Submit bills for approval
- Manage company credit cards and reconciliation
- Month end reconciliation on expense accounts

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- 2-3+ years of accounting experience (essential)
- Degree in Accounting (essential)
- Experience working with Xero (essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
