**In this role, you'll**:
Joining the newly created People & Culture Trains Functions’ team, this leadership role will see you provide expert change management advise and support across Sydney Trains change and transformation programs and the broader Sydney Trains initiatives giving you exposure to a broad cross-section of operational teams and functions and key stakeholders.

You will ensure a consistent change approach by being at the helm of leading the People Impact assessment of change programs, managing the development of communication and engagement plans with relevant senior stakeholders, and developing enterprise-wide Change Management Plans including fit for purpose change strategies and activities.

You will be taking on a highly collaborative role working closely with a wide range of branches and business units through the various program phases to ensure successful execution.

This is a fixed term opportunity for up to 12 Months.

**About you**

You will come from a strong HR background with extensive experience in delivering transformational change management in large, cross -functional, industrial complex environments with high volumes of diverse stakeholders.

You will be agile and flexible in your approach to keep abreast of the constantly shifting organisational change and changes in our broader environment and be able to proactively strategise on how to best navigate the future direction for workplaces programs.

You are a collaborative change agent with proven experience in managing change within a large, diverse and complex business. Utilising a range of methodologies / mechanisms you will constantly challenge how change can best impact stakeholders at Sydney Trains.

Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders and wide ranging internal stakeholders to drive outcomes will establish you for success in the delivery of effective change programs.

Proven experience within a government organisation will be highly advantageous to help you understand the process in government around steps of consultation and how we implement change in the business.
