This well-established international forwarder presents with a history of 50+ years in business and continues to grow today. A not to be missed opportunity has arisen for an Air Freight Operator to join their dynamic and successful team.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining close contact with sub-contractors, in-house customs brokers, internal operators, and key stakeholders to achieve the company's goals and objectives
- Ensure appropriate communication with internal and external customers for effective resolution of service requirements and issues
- Maintain proper documentation of freight procedures
- Liaise with local and overseas agents within networks to achieve the company's goals
- Register jobs and report air cargo to customs
- Assist with cartage arrangements, import air documentation, invoicing and closing of jobs in the appropriate manner
- Assist with special projects as requested
