Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.

The Agent Freight Operations is responsible for assisting with the delivery of Imports and the acceptance of Export Freight to customers. If successful - you would deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient performance of clerical duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International)

You’ll have
- Previous experience in an operational industry such as logistics, freight or airline environment (Desirable but not essential)- Demonstrated administrative skillset, proficient with the Microsoft Suite- Previous face-to-face customer service experience- The ability to work well as part of a team or independently- A strong attention to detail- Strong time management skills, with the ability to react to changing circumstances with ease- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotational shift roster- An unrestricted Drivers license
