**What we are looking for**:
We have an interesting project in Sydney CBD and we are looking for an experienced carpenter/builder looking to transition off the tools. You will be required to help manage a small team of subcontractors. Your role will be hands-on, and you will have the necessary enthusiasm and professionalism to represent the company in front of subcontractors and stakeholders for an interesting construction project.

**Skills and experience**

The skills and requirements you will need for this role include:

- Must have Certificate III in Carpentry;
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction beneficial but not required;
- sound knowledge of WHS requirements, codes and regulations;
- ability to interpret construction drawings and survey plans;
- ability to manage subcontractors and complete trade tasks yourself;
- intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- ability to follow and give instruction;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- availability to work weekends and some nights, **penalty rates will be paid**;
- valid white card;
- must have a full driver’s licence and own car; and
- own tools.
