**What we are looking for**:
We have a project in Sydney CBD which we are looking for an experienced Site Administrator in a max term capacity (about 1 year). Your main role will be to assist the Site Manager & Foreperson with administrative tasks and your ability to multitask will be essential to the role. This role will be quite autonomous and allow you to grow and learn. Parking onsite may be available or off-street parking reimbursed.

**Skills and experience**

The skills and requirements you will need for this role include:

- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in an administrative role, on a construction site;
- strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- attention to detail;
- ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines;
- ability to follow and give instruction;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- understanding and awareness of safety on a construction site;
- comfortable escorting subcontractors and personal onto site; and
- be available to start at 6.30am.
