Our client is a highly respected pool construction company based in Sydney, delivering high-quality commercial and government pool projects across NSW.

Partnering with builders, councils, and developers, they've built a reputation for excellence in design, construction, and project delivery.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they pride themselves on craftsmanship, safety, and delivering projects that stand the test of time.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Pool Foreperson to join a well-established team and take ownership of large-scale pool projects across the greater Sydney region.

You will lead on-site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

You'll be joining a supportive and professional environment that values initiative, teamwork, and quality workmanship — with genuine opportunities for long-term growth and progression.

The Role

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial and government pool projects
  • Coordinating and supervising trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Overseeing concrete, plumbing, and finishing works to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintaining strong relationships with builders, council representatives, and internal teams
  • Upholding WHS standards and ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Reporting progress and liaising with the Project Manager to keep projects on track

The Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Foreperson or Site Supervisor within pool construction, concreting, or commercial landscaping
  • Strong knowledge of pool construction processes, from excavation through to finishes
  • Trade Qualified Concretor, Carpenter or Landscaper
  • Current driver's licence and construction white card
