**About the role**:
The Education Support Specialist is an integral team member of our Business Support Team which supports and action all requests from Education Customers and their Sales Specialists, Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Actively supporting and assisting in the daily operations of Education Account Sales Specialists and their accounts.
- Carrying out role requirements in accordance with Sales Support business requirements, providing support for both pre
- sales and post
- sales activity.
- Implementing new account setups
- Supporting the achievement of the commercial goals of the Education division by providing premium support to eligible education customers. providing after sales service to internal Specialists and external Education customers
- Manage provision of after-sales and pre-sales support for Education accounts. This includes but is not limited to delivery issues, invoice reconciliation, product information, facilitating online ordering, account maintenance and internet user access.

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity with opportunities to work across various Officeworks locations in the future and progress your career
