Are you passionate about customer satisfaction? Do you have a level of technical knowledge and a knack for solving problems and helping businesses succeed? Our client is looking for a Customer/Software Support Specialist to join their dynamic team
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in using their cutting-edge software, ensuring smooth implementations, and delivering exceptional training and technical assistance. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and help improve the product offerings.
Full software training will be provided.
The Role
- Customer Support: Supporting clients both on the phone and in person.
- Software Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support to clients using Pharmacy software.
- Software Implementation: Assist clients with installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the software.
- Training & Workshops: Educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of the software to optimize their business operations.
- Collaboration: Work with the development team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and help evolve the product.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support cases, resolutions, and best practices to help share knowledge across the organization.
Your Profile
- Strong technical skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and software training is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to work and customer satisfaction.
