**How you contribute**
- This role is a great opportunity for a talented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing customer success team. You will manage internal assists and inventories and produce internal documentation and procedures, and provide support for level 1 tickets. This role is ideal for someone with a can do attitude and willing to help out when needed
**Here’s what we need**:
- Stock take and management of internal assets and inventory
- Management of check-in/check-out of assets
- Audit of returned assets to ensure complete parts and accessories have been returned.
- Continuous improvement on structure and methodology of an asset management system.
- Communication of accessory order progress and priority internally
- Produce internal documentation, including common FAQs and procedures
- Summarise and present customer feedback to the team to enable high-priority product improvements
- Manage level 1 support tickets and tasks
- Regular communication and tracking with third-party service providers (D1)
**How you’ll succeed**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience using HubSpot
- Good problem-solving and trouble shooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and continuously improving environment.
- Experience with an ERP system such as or similar to Jira, would be beneficial.
- Experience in a customer facing technical support role (Desirable)
- Interest of drones and/or Lidar technology (Desirable)
