
Reward and Performance Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Regular and ad-hoc Group-wide Reward & Performance reporting, analysis and modelling.
- Supporting the business, through P&C business partners, to appropriately size and benchmark roles.
- Support remuneration benchmarking surveys, including preparing submissions for providers and preparing and interpreting results for the Group.
- First line of response for Reward & Performance queries to the P&C inbox.
- Maintains the Reward & Performance presence on the BOQ Group Intranet to support and facilitate employee self-service.
- Systems support (in conjunction with the P&C Systems team) for reward activities
- Contributes to presentations and papers for audiences including EXCO and the Board.
- Supports the Reward & Performance team to deliver fit-for-purpose initiatives across the BOQ Group.
- Coordinates the Group’s Benefits offering Benefits administration.
