Performance & Reward Business Partner
Are you passionate about shaping competitive and attractive international compensation programs? We are looking for an experienced Performance and Reward Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month contract basis to support the Head of P&R in designing, implementing, and evaluating our compensation and benefits strategies.
**About the role**:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People and Culture team and senior management, to ensure our remuneration and reward programs are aligned with business objectives and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining remuneration, rewards, and benefits policies that are competitive and aligned with business goals.
- Overseeing a variety of compensation and benefits programs, such as carry and co-investment plans, STI & LTI schemes, superannuation, health insurance, leave entitlements, and employee recognition.
- Playing a central role in transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing employee value proposition, culture, and benefits at QIC.
- Managing the annual remuneration review and incentive processes, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and timeliness in collaboration with internal stakeholders across QIC..
- Providing expert guidance and advice on compensation matters including performance management, incentive plans, and employee wellness.
- Analysing and evaluating the impact of compensation programs on employee engagement, retention, and performance, and providing proactive solutions to improve outcomes.
- Preparing and presenting meaningful reports and recommendations to senior management on compensation and benefits matters.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, legislative compliance, and ensuring that our compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with best practices.
**About You**:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a remuneration and benefits business partner role, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Experience with fixed and variable incentive programs such as STI & LTI, carry, and co-investment plans.
- Strong proficiency in data handling and remuneration analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and the ability to present findings in an accessible and impactful way.
- A deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, as well as compliance with Australian, UK, US and Singapore legislation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
