**About the Role**
Joining our friendly People and Culture team, this fab new Performance & Reward Partner role will closely align with our People and Culture Business Partners to effectively support the delivery of performance and broad-based employee reward initiatives such as end to end calendar activities, regular market competitiveness reviews, incentive and equity plans as well as exciting project initiatives.
This role would suit an analytical individual who is a trusted advisor on complex performance and reward matters, dedicated to building strong relationships, passionate about working closely with our teams and aligning reward with performance and culture. Speaking of analytics, ability to immerser yourself in the data and bring complex concepts to life for different audiences will be key.
Getting heavily involved with the annual reward review and partnering with key stakeholders across People & Culture, you will be a SME in this space - that’s right, you’ll be the go-to, providing sound advice in all things performance and reward. Along with all of this, you will also get to rub shoulders with key senior leaders across the business and work closely with our Senior Manager of Performance & Reward, providing further support on a range of executive reward, equity planning and governance matters.

**About you**

You are a roll-up-your-sleeves and get stuck into it kinda person, who loves a challenge and has no issue keeping up. You shine in a fast-paced environment and understand the urgency and high importance of tight deadlines You’re someone who wants to be part of a transformational team - building relationships with internal and external peeps to build on and deliver both inflight and newly created initiatives, whilst educating and advising on best practice within the Performance and reward space.
You are someone with a solid understanding of performance and reward practices, having collaborated with business partners to provide advice and deliver on reward initiatives. You are a lover of data, numbers, reports, and all things involved with Performance and Reward - it doesn’t need to be in the Banking arena as we feel we can teach you the banking jargon but your knowledge of remuneration, rewards and change management is second-to-none
You are ready to jump on board and make an incredible impact - Data speaks volumes so we want to ramp this part up allowing our managers to be empowered to make decisions and really take this service to the next level.
