**About Role**
As the recognised Remuneration & Rewards (R&R) expert for a significant employee group 4000+ staff, you will be integral to the alignment of the workforce with the organisation’s business, culture and performance strategies. With an ability to anticipate opportunities, react quickly to changing business needs, present relevant market comparisons and introduce R&R concepts that will ensure the people driving success have a rewarding and dynamic employment experience. You will be engaged on:

- Annual pay review benchmarking and analysis.
- Support budget holders in determining bonus and salary recommendations.
- Influence policy positioning on current and future benefits, allowances and bonus plans.
- Prepare communication material and tools to facilitate employee engagement.
- Situational R&R reviews due to organisation, position or employee changes.
- Provide grading/classification, salary and package recommendations for new positions within the business.
- Provide support on Enterprise Agreements, remuneration strategy and business growth opportunities.

This role is a key part of a high performing P&C team and has real opportunity for career growth and development.

**About You**
As a respected specialist or analyst in the R&R arena, you will have experience across all Employment Agreement arrangements with the ability to offer evidence-based advice to ensure R&R practices are current and relevant. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strong analytical skills will be utilised in multiple programs, with expected experience in job classification, employee benefits and the use of compensation benchmarking tools such as Mercer.

Qualifications in HR, or other related employee R&R disciplines such as finance will be highly valued.
