Based on the Gold Coast, this well-known Aussie beauty brand creates iconic makeup bag staples and items that everyone NEEDS With a large presence both online and in retailers across Australia, NZ and internationally, their products are in high demand and the business is experiencing unparalleled growth.

To support this, the time has come for an **Operations Manager** with expertise in **supply chain** to help bring fan-favourite and new products to an ever-growing market.

It's a very, very exciting role working with a vibrant brand full of personality and colour. Working in a team of 10, you will not be stifled in your role, and you’ll be offered the opportunity to really showcase your unique operational support talents. You are someone who is adaptable, agile and loves to think outside the box.

**Bringing to the table a solutions-oriented mindset you love to jump in and create tangible outcomes. With that in mind, below are some of the key responsibilities that you’ll be diving into**
- Working side by side with the Founder and Head of Product Development, you’ll be taking control of all operational tasks relating to the supply chain of the product.
- Ensuring that the product ‘life cycle’ is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, product arrives and flows through to its customer smoothly, and movement of stock is seamless.
- From suppliers to end users, you’ll be juggling multiple moving parts. The finished product is like a jigsaw puzzle, with each component being sourced from a different place - you’ll essentially be the glue that holds everything together.
- Manage demand planning, negotiate and assess costs with each supplier, identify areas to reduce spend and monitor overall financials of the supply chain process.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and warehouse staff. Bring new ideas to streamline workflow and produce more efficient outcomes.

Whilst the position operates in the fabulous world of beauty, it's not essential that you come from another brand. However, previous operations and supply chain experience (ideally in e-commerce) will be essential in order for you to hit the ground running.
