**Project Consultant (Human Resources)**

Looking to take the next step into Project Consultancy?

We are seeking a knowledgeable Project Consultant who possesses strong planning, organisational skills and stakeholder management to deliver project requirements for various stakeholders across The Star Entertainment Group.

Working within the People & Performance team, you will work with Business Owners to plan, execute and manage various projects across a number of disciplines.

This is a permanent full-time role at either our Sydney, Brisbane or Gold Coast locations

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives and achieve deliverables within the timeline.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project goals, prepare project reports and documentation in relation to requirements.
- Maintain and monitor designated project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Maintain effective document management governance and file management.
- Identify technology solutions to support the implementation of effective project management tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues in combination of recommending continuous improvement opportunities for project processes.

- Solid stakeholder management across multiple businesses and locations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality with excellent communication skills.
