About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on
Project Manager with remediation experience
to take ownership of delivery across our projects nation-wide. This role is suited to someone who thrives on variety, works well with diverse stakeholders, and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

You'll oversee the full lifecycle of remediation projects – from planning and approvals through to delivery and close-out – ensuring safety, compliance, cost control and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage remediation projects from tender through to completion
  • Oversee environmental, safety and quality requirements on-site
  • Take ownership of contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant and regulator relationships
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Provide technical input and problem-solving on complex site conditions

About You

  • Proven experience delivering remediation projects (contaminated land, hazardous materials, or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage contracts and budgets
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in dynamic project environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
