As our **People Projects Consultant**, reporting to the Senior Project Lead, you will execute the delivery of people project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on compliance for our critical change and transformation projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive major exciting changes at The Star.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives and achieve deliverables.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project goals, prepare project report packs and documentation for senior leadership.
- Maintain and monitor designated project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Prioritise conflicting tasks, manage multiple projects or pieces of work simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks as per business regulation and compliance whilst recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.

**What we will be looking for**:

- Understanding of compliance and risk management and driving improvement opportunities.
- Solid experience in people project management and change management.
- Maintaining confidentiality with excellent communication skills at all levels of work.
- Ability to drive outcomes within a complex and dynamic organisation through a flexible and agile approach.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, with experience as a HR Generalist or exposure to people projects and change management delivery.
