Marketing Lead

An established not-for-profit organisation based in Perth.

**Your new role**

As the Marketing Lead you will be responsible for leading the marketing function in developing and implementing the marketing & branding strategies to drive business outcomes.

**Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Partner with senior leadership and business units to support them in integrating the marketing strategy.
- Development of annual strategic and operational marketing plans.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the organisations digital marketing including website optimisation and social media.
- Undertake market research projects to drive the Marketing Strategy and assist in decision-making.
- Develop, drive and implement highly effective integrated marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and report on all marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Management of the marketing budget.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a tertiary degree in Marketing with experience in the development of marketing plans.
- Strong leadership experience and the ability to manage a high performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent project management skills encompassing self-directed, highly organised and results-oriented skills with the ability to work with various teams and external companies.
- Highly organised and will have worked in a very fast-paced environment with high outcome expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
