We are seeking a Marketing Lead to shape and deliver strategic communication and marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and align with the company's growth objectives. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy with execution across internal and external communications, public relations, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications
- Coordinate staff updates (emails, newsletters, intranet posts).
- Support company culture, employee engagement, and alignment with goals.
- Share strategic priorities, policy updates, and key project milestones.
External Communications & PR
- Draft and share press releases, announcements, and news stories.
- Maintain relationships with media, industry publications, and community partners.
- Represent the company at select events, conferences, or expos.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist with brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Keep branding and messaging consistent across all materials.
- Help prepare proposals or bid documentation for projects and clients.
Technical Communication
- Translate technical/engineering language into clear content for general audiences.
- Edit and proofread technical reports, case studies, and project summaries.
- Prepare visuals or summaries to explain complex projects.
Crisis & Reputation Management
- Support preparation of response plans for potential PR issues.
- Assist executive communications during critical events.
Digital & Social Media
- Update website, blog, and social media channels.
- Share project milestones, staff achievements, and company values online.
- Track industry news and media mentions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally within engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into accessible and engaging communications.
- Skilled in digital marketing, including social media management and website content.
- Confident public speaker and brand ambassador.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
