This reputable and growing RTO has dedicated teams committed to all areas of training including quality and compliance, student support, administration and industry partnership.

As a Workforce Development Manager, you will achieve financial and reputational growth using new and existing income streams. You are just as comfortable pitching in the boardroom as you are talking with people at all levels of government, business, industry and the community. You have a vision for the future and a great understanding of funding eligibility. You will ensure the needs and expectations of the clients are met in a growing and changing environment.

**About the role**
- Achieve commitments and sign-ups for Priority Industry Training, Jobs and Skills WA and Traineeship programs
- Achieve agreed number of enrolments in line with monthly sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate training services contracts and training quotes

**Desired Criteria**
- Strong business acumen and judgement
- Ability to ensure data accuracy in the CRM
- Understanding of the market and funding opportunities
- Previous experience in a sales role or VET industry
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and key decision makers
- Exceptional presentation and time management skills
