**Recruitment Consultant**

As part of the People and Culture team, you will naturally be a high energy individual, putting your strong understanding of
**Automotive Dealership operations** to use in hiring the best in the industry and contributing to the growth of our fast growing dealerships in Essendon Fields.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Implement sourcing strategies (LinkedIn recruitment, Seek Talent, etc.)
- Build a strong social media presence through channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Providing strategic high-quality support to the leadership team.
- Conducting monthly reporting
- Providing strategic high-quality support to a friendly, busy, tight-knit recruitment team
- Proactively managing the shared inbox
- Data Entry and general administration
